I saw this on another Leo breeder’s page and thought it was a great idea so I’m adding it here.
Every Nuthatch puppy will have the following experiences before leaving our kennel:
- people, lots of people
- kids
- crates
- playing in the house
- playing outside in the trees and dirt
- loud noises such as: ATV engines, horns, music, bangs, scrapes etc…
- exposure to kitty cats
- rides on ATVs (on Marsha’s lap, safely tucked in)
- adult dogs other than “mom”
- mini agility course: itty-bitty teeter totter, slopes, tubes etc…
- in the winter, often: snow, ice, sledding
- in the summer, often: water (baby pool with water)
